Dr. Kelli Junker, D.D.S.

After graduating with honors from the University of Southern California (USC), Dr. Kelli Junker (formerly Dr. Kelli Yaryan) attended the USC School of Dentistry. While there, she received the Academy of General Dentistry Award for excellence in restorative dentistry and the Lewis E. Ford Memorial award for ethics, compassion, and leadership. She received her D.D.S. in 2003 with honors, graduating cum laude, and taught at the USC School of Dentistry following graduation. Dr. Junker has over eight years of experience in general and cosmetic dentistry. Previously, she was a dentist at OC Life Smiles, formerly Country Club Dentistry, in Newport Beach where her patients ranged from 3 to 94 years of age.

Dr. Junker continues to refine her knowledge of dentistry through continuing education courses to keep on the forefront of science, technology and exceptional patient care.   She maintains memberships in several professional organizations including Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, California Center for Advanced Dental Studies, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, California Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Orange County Dental Society. In addition, Dr. Junker holds credentials in Invisalign®, Zoom!® teeth whitening, and sedation dentistry.

Dr. Junker is married to David, a film producer and teacher in Irvine. Together they have two young children, Jack, and Juliet.  They make their home in Huntington Beach. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family, photography, traveling, watching USC football, and doing just about anything outdoors.

Dr. Kenneth B. Schwarz, D.D.S.

Dr. Kenneth B. Schwarz, D.D.S., is a Newport Beach, CA native  and opened his practice there over 20 years ago. He established his practice to provide personal and compassionate dental health care to patients of all ages.

He received his BA with honors from the University of California at  Riverside and his D.D.S. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Dentistry in 1972. His teaching residencies include  oral surgery, prosthodontics and maxillo-facial prosthetics. He is a member of the Orange County Dental Association,  California Dental Association and American Dental Association.

Dedicated to serving the youth in the community, Dr. Schwarz has participated on the board of several local service organizations including the YMCA; Orange County Council, Boy Scouts of America and Newport Beach Parks, Beach & Recreation Commission.  He was also the former president of the Newport Medical Association board, which oversees the medical and dental practices in his building. Also, Dr. Schwarz is an active member of St. Andrews church.

Dr. Schwarz enjoys hiking, playing tennis, running, fishing and traveling. Dr. Schwarz has hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, 2663 miles from Mexico to Canada and has  participated in several marathons and triathalons over the years. Other hobbies include photography, stamp collecting, growing orchids, arts and reading.

Dr. Schwarz is married to his high school sweetheart, Kathy, and  they have two children, Kristin Pelinka, MD, and Kenny Schwarz, JD,  and two grandchildren, Durham Pelinka (age 3) and Emery Pelinka (age 1).
